Life after the Dally M

At a time where industries are reporting a decline in people taking on apprenticeships, Government and business are recognizing the benefits of hiring mature-aged apprentices. Beginning their apprenticeships after the age of 25, these workers bring with them a myriad of benefits for their employer and their coworkers with many TAFE teachers reporting their mature aged apprentices as being more engaged and asking more questions with their enthusiasm and determination to learn often influencing the younger apprentices.
